A Lung Health Navigator works with you to better understand your asthma or COPD diagnosis. Throughout a series of calls, they will discuss various treatment options, when to seek a specialist or second opinion, lifestyle changes and ways to prevent your lung disease from getting worse.
When you know more about your disease, it helps improve your ability to manage your condition including coping skills for tough days and where to seek additional support.
Our free one-on-one specialized programs include:
- COPD For Life - Learning to Live with COPD (Adults)
- Asthma for Life - Breathe Well, Live Well® Education Series (Adult, Young Adult, Teen, Youth and Caregivers)
