Managing pulmonary fibrosis can feel overwhelming at times. Our lung health navigators are here to help. They will work one-on-one with you and your loved ones to provide free education about your disease.

Lung health navigators share resources such as helping you find ways to afford and properly use the right medications at the right time, in the right way. They can also help you learn when to see a specialist, discuss test results, and plan for ways to prevent flare-ups and hospital visits.

When you know how to manage your lung disease, you can set treatment goals to help you breathe easier and keep doing the things you love. Our team also sends printed materials to your house if requested, bringing pulmonary fibrosis education to your door.
