For me, getting vaccinated is a "no brainer.” I am vigilant about being regularly vaccinated for the flu and Covid-19 as each new variant is discovered. In addition, I have been vaccinated for pneumonia and RSV. I am a two-time lung cancer survivor, I have also been diagnosed with COPD, and I am elderly. So, I will always be proactive in getting vaccinated and helping to prevent me from getting any type of respiratory infection or in limiting the severity of the infection. At my age, it could be fatal.
