This is a story about my mom and how it has impacted my life as well as her's. My mom grew up with asthma. She had to use an inhaler almost all of her life. Walking wore her out and made it difficult to breathe. Later in life about a year or two ago she was diagnosed with COPD. she eventually couldn't walk anymore and required oxygen in order to breathe. My mom passed away 2 months ago due to respiratory failure. I am here today fighting and standing up to educate those on lung diseases.
