American Lung Association’s Digital Quit Smoking Program Available to ALL Indiana Residents for FREE

Hoosiers must enroll in the program during the month of April

Many people don’t know that 70% of people who smoke and use tobacco products want to quit, including Hoosiers. Now Indiana residents who want to quit smoking have a FREE tool to help them do so.

For the month of April, ALL Hoosiers can sign up for a FREE one-year membership to the American Lung Association’s digital quit smoking program, Freedom From Smoking® Plus (FFS Plus). The premier program is a proven way to help people quit because it helps develop a plan of action for quitting and provides the support you need to remain tobacco-free for life. The program regularly costs $99.95 per person but is free for a year to Hoosiers who sign up during the month of April.

Indiana residents can enroll in the program here: Bit.ly/CrossroadQuits. Upon signing up, Hoosiers will have access to creating a personalized quit plan that they can work through at their own pace. They’ll also find support to determine their medical insurance eligibility, find FREE FDA-approved quit medications, and understanding available options.

Free access to FFS Plus is thanks to funding from the Wellness Council of Indiana, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the American Lung Association.
