I have asthma and cannot go outside when the air is dirty.

Right now, temperatures in Dayton are in the high 90s and we have a smog alert. I have trouble breathing even while walking from my house to my car. I am 56 years old and shouldn't be held hostage inside my house just because some people and companies choose to pollute the air that we all share.
