My personal journey was to have lifestyle changes. I decided to try and quit smoking and lose weight at the same time. Since my Freedom From Smoking quit date of June 12, 2018, I have lost approx. 80 pounds, and have hiked or walked an estimated 3,500 miles. The difference in my physical and mental health because of all of this is tremendous.
